Prism Restaurant & Convention Centre is the youngest of the three companies. It opened in 2026 on Karbala Road in Dharmatala, and it does two things under one roof: it feeds people, and it gives them a room to gather in.
The dining room seats a hundred and eighty. The kitchen is halal and cooks Bangladeshi, Indian, Chinese, Thai and Continental — not as a gimmick, but because that is what Jashore asks for. Doors open at seven in the morning, which means breakfast, not just dinner.
Behind the swing doors, a good part of the team learned the trade at the institute next door.

Where the training lands
This is the clearest thing the Prism group does. Young people learn hospitality, food and beverage service and bakery at the institute — and then there is a working restaurant on the same road where they can do it for real, in front of paying guests.
Students from Prism Hotel Management & Skill Development Institute work here. Some stay on after their course. The kitchen also cooks with products from Prism Agro & Food, a few doors along.
