Prism trains young people in Jashore, makes and sells food, and welcomes guests in its own restaurant and halls. Three companies on one road, run by the same people — and each of them a place where the work of the others turns up: the graduates, the products, the guests.
Three companies under one roof
Each company stands on its own feet. What they share is the address, the people and the standard of work.
Hands-on training in hospitality, food, textiles and digital skills, with career guidance and placement support.
Food processing since 2019, BSTI certified and laboratory tested. Our Super Shop sells what we make and what other makers in Jashore make, at one counter on Karbala Road.
A dining room for a hundred and eighty, two halls with a stage and a projector, and a halal kitchen cooking Bangladeshi, Indian, Chinese, Thai and Continental. Open since 2026.
The training does not stop at the classroom door.
Students learn hospitality, food processing and service at the institute — and then there is a working restaurant on the same road where they can do it in front of paying guests, and a production floor where they can work.
The restaurant kitchen buys from Prism Agro & Food. Agro & Food is staffed in part by people the institute trained. Nothing about that is coincidence; it is why the three companies sit on one road.
01 Young people learn a trade
Over 3,900 students trained since 2020 in hospitality, food, textiles and digital skills.
02 Produce becomes a packed product
Six people process and pack food on Karbala Road, to a standard that BSTI and an independent laboratory sign off on.
03 Guests are served by our own people
A hundred and eighty seats and two event halls, staffed in good part by graduates of the institute next door.
