In March 2026 we launched the Dam partner project together with our partner organisations. The project brings vocational training and enterprise support to a new group of young women in the districts around Jashore.
Participants follow a course at the institute in the trade of their choice, and are then supported through the first months of work or self-employment: a business plan, advice on materials and pricing, and a line to someone who will answer the phone when something goes wrong.
The first cohort started this month. Organisations interested in running a similar programme with us are welcome to get in touch.
